Building products at global scale.

I'm Alex — a product leader working at the seam of human-centered design, AI, and emerging technology. Five years at Accenture's Innovation Hub shipping research-driven products to Fortune-500 clients, the World Economic Forum, and 60,000 distributed users.

I lead products grounded in human-centered design, research, and a decade of working across continents. My favorite work sits where real user research meets operational discipline — a CHRO summit, a museum opening, a launch in front of a Fortune-500 board, a fleet of devices in 60,000 hands.

I started in mechanical engineering, built a human-centered immersive studio in Puerto Rico, did research at the MIT Media Lab and the University of Maryland, then five years at Accenture's Innovation Hub shipping AI and product work to Fortune-500 clients and the World Economic Forum. Currently pursuing an MBA in Product Management & AI on the side.

Three things I bring to every product table.

// 01

Engineer's spine

Mechanical-engineering training and five years of cloud DevOps. I scope, ship, and stand behind technical commitments — I've shipped 60K+ devices and built the infrastructure to make it boring.

// 02

Designer's ear

Trained in human-centered design at UPR-M and the MIT Media Lab. I run actual user research — surveys, lab tests, ethnographic interviews — not vibes-based discovery.

// 03

Operator's calm

I've been the person standing next to a Fortune-500 CEO during their first Vision Pro demo. Composure under stakes is its own skill, and it's the one that lets the rest matter.
